Rachel- Rachel is an invaluable member of both our New Business and Customer Care teams, bringing nine years of industry experience to the table. She is licensed in a wide range of insurance areas, including auto, home, boat, pet, and business insurance, among others. Outside of work, Rachel is a super mom of 3 who loves to cook, experiment with new recipes, and cherish quality moments with her family!

Emmanuel - Emmanuel is on our Customer Care team. He was born and raised in Detroit, and just recently moved to central Florida! Most of our customers are amazed to find out that he works 100% remote, because he does such a great job servicing our customers. He has been providing remarkable service on our team for 4 years. Emmanuel is licensed in auto insurance, home insurance, boat insurance, pet insurance business insurance, and more! He serves in the Macomb County, and Oakland County area, including, Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Troy, Clinton Township, Royal Oak, Clawson, Birmingham, and more! On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and going to the beach!

Dan - Meet Dan - our New Business Representative, known as Dan the man. He proudly hails from Richmond, Michigan, where he was born and raised. As an alumni of Central Michigan, he holds a strong connection to his alma mater. Dan is often spotted at local community events. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he is licensed in various insurance categories including auto, home, life, health, boat, pet, and business insurance, among others. His services are available in Macomb County and Oakland County, covering areas such as Richmond, Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Troy, Clinton Township, Royal Oak, Clawson, Birmingham, and more. When he's not busy providing insurance quotes, Dan enjoys indulging in his passions for golf, boating, and spending quality time with friends.

Malik is on both our Customer Care team. He graduated from Central Michigan University, and while attending was a part of their track team. It's no coincidence that he a man of speed, as he completed his state licensing in record timing! He comes with underwriting background, has been providing remarkable service on our team. Malik is licensed in auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, boat insurance, pet insurance, business insurance, and more! On his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, video games, and spending time with his family.

Gloria - For the past 51 years, Gloria has been serving the Metro Detroit area, including Sterling Heights, Utica, Shelby Township, Saint Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe, Troy, and Clinton Township. As of December of 2024, Gloria retired from her life long career with State Farm. We are fortunate to have learned from her expertise in the last 8 years, and hope to live on her legacy of exceptional customer service!
