"She answered all my needs and questions. We compared Apples to Apples for products quoted. ALL were higher except one who was quoting for less coverage etc. to attempt to get me to switch. In the end I chose to stay with my current company because of their response and service after I had to file 4 claims in the last 5 years. They went above and beyond to expedite prompt payments so all the work could be done at my pace. And they always followed up making sure everything was to my satisfaction.
